My cherry picking adventures!

Today I went to pick cherries and boysenberries at Pease Cherry Farm. I have never picked cherries before...or boysenberries. It really makes you appreciate all of the workers and farmers who put in hard work to bring us all those berries from those prickly plants! I had a great time and scored 2 lbs of cherries and 2 lbs of boysenberries. A friend and I thought we had about 4 lbs between the both of us but once it was weighed we had 7.5 lbs! Glad we stopped when we did or we would have had to walk away with over 7.5 lbs of cherries!!!

This weekend we went to the Monterey Bay Aquarium with my husband's cousin and girlfriend. We had a good time!

Accidental trip to Treasure Island

Last week I accidentally got on the wrong exit of no return to get on the bridge towards SF. I wanted to go home but made a wrong turn. Unfortunately, I didn't have cash for the bridge and now will be fined $30, but anyways I turned around at Treasure Island. It had a wonderful view of the city but was getting dark so I'll have to go back to show my hubby! Here is what I got before it was too dark :)

Fun adventures with family!

One of my husband's cousin and girlfriend are staying with us for the week. This last weekend and throughout the week we took them to Muir Woods, Japantown, drove by the Painted Ladies, and drove up to Twin Peaks. We have some fun things planned for Saturday and Sunday!
